Andrea Sealey

Andrea Sealey is a leadership consultant, trainer, and speaker who helps leaders and teams strengthen how they lead people and build positive, high-performing cultures. Over the past 25+ years, she has worked with leaders across industries including education, nonprofit, and corporate organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Andrea jokes that her “gift of gab” once got her in trouble at school, but today that ability to meaningfully connect with others, engage a room full of strangers, and communicate in ways that stick has become the golden thread of her career. At the heart of it all is a passion for helping people and teams become the best version of themselves.

Andrea is a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, Certified Working Genius Facilitator, and a member of the Jon Gordon Companies speaking and training team. A self-proclaimed “infectious dose of positivity,” she uses the lessons she’s learned over the years to bring out the best in others and empower them to do the same. Through storytelling, interactive learning, and practical tools, Andrea helps leaders better understand themselves, strengthen their teams, and build cultures where people can do their best work. Whether she is delivering a keynote, facilitating a workshop, or consulting on people strategy, her approach combines contagious energy with actionable insight to help leaders and teams thrive.

A lifelong coastal Virginia resident, Andrea earned her undergraduate degree in Education from Randolph-Macon College and a Master’s in School Administration from The George Washington University. When she isn’t pouring her energy into unlocking potential, empowering growth, and inspiring positivity in the workplace, Andrea is happiest spending time with her husband and two young adult children, laughing, sharing stories, and finding the good in whatever life may throw their way.
